LN 003- How to inhale belief and exhale doubt

With the different life experiences you go through, you may find yourself faced with circumstances that bombard your mind, your heart, and your belief that the situation will not get better. These situations can cause you to be exhausted. But, what happens if you were to exhale doubt? From my experience, you will start to release peace. It is the peace that comes from inhaling the belief that something will shift in your situation.
